We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and account credentials. When you connect data sources (Notion, Feishu, Google Sheets), we store encrypted OAuth tokens and API keys necessary to access those services.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, including authenticating your account, connecting to your data sources, processing API requests, sending notifications you configure, and communicating important updates about the service.
All OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We only access your connected data sources (Notion, Feishu, Google Sheets) to fulfill your API requests and never read, store, or analyze the content of your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, upon which we will delete your personal data within 30 days. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and debugging purposes.
