By accessing or using Open Database ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Open Database provides a unified REST API platform for accessing data from multiple sources including Notion, Feishu, Google Sheets, and other platforms. The Service includes API access, data synchronization, and notification capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your credentials with third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data you do not have permission to access, exceeding rate limits, using the Service for illegal purposes, or attempting to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that exceed these limits. Abuse of the API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will attempt to provide advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at legal@opendatabase.dev.
